Christmas E-Cards

Hello Friends and Family,
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!! A whole year has come and gone and much has happened in our family. We feel like we are really settled in here in Kinston, North Carolina, both in the ward and in the community.
The year began with news that another child was on her way to our family. Later on in January, Sariah fell from a chair and broke her arm (hairline fracture). Faith got braces put on her teeth the beginning of February. Sariah learned to walk soon after her first birthday and she started using sign language to communicate (being taught by Faith with the help of an instructional video series called Signing Time). Sariah (21 months old) currently knows and uses 245 signs, about 75 on a consistent daily basis. We are often asked if she is deaf. This summer marked the one year anniversary for our dental practice. In September, Faith’s due date came and went. Two weeks later, with a little help, Chloe Christine Meeker was born October 2, 2007 at 9:41 AM. She was 7lbs 11oz and 21 inches.
**Chloe loves to eat and will occasionally sleep.
**Sariah loves to pretend play, talk to her toys, put puzzles together, and climb into and onto everything.
**Ken is very busy with work, church callings, doing household chores, and playing with the girls.
**Faith stays busy and tired chasing Sariah and keeping up with Chloe’s food demands.
We hope this letter finds you and your family happy & healthy and all around doing well.

With love,
The Meekers (Ken, Faith, Sariah, and Chloe)
