August has come and gone

Well I'm not sure what happened to August but tomorrow is the last day. I'm so excited I can't contain myself. Every time I stop to think of it I want to break out into song and dance (maybe that the love of a good musical in me). I'm mildly surprised about my love for September getting here since we are going to be busier than I've ever been before. But even that can't shadow my excitement for Tuesday, what a blessed day Tuesday September 1st 2009 will be. You maybe asking yourself why I'm so completely head over heels about this coming Tuesday, well I'll tell you. Tuesday at approximately 11:00 AM I am heading to my orthodontist office and getting my braces off. If any of you have ever had braces you can appreciate the wonderful moment. The only down side will be wearing this retainer for the rest of my life (and for the first few months every moment of everyday I'll be sporting my retainer). Ahhh I suppose you can never have perfection. My mouth has been through a lot and unfortunately isn't done going through a lot. But why focus on the bad when there is so much joy in just getting the braces off. I'm not sure if I'll be posting pictures or not. I'm going to have to wait and see.

Well in other exciting news, Sariah is going to be at home this year and doing preschool with her favorite person in the whole world, me. She is also going to be doing a dancing class (which the funny part is that the teacher isn't at all strict about the class so its more of a run around with friends kind of thing). She is excited about dancing and learning to read (she loves books and we have tons of books for her to read) and math. She already knows everything else in the preschool realm so we'll review and teach Chloe sign language, colors and shapes. September also will bring cooler days and hopefully beautiful colors. We had a very mild summer so it will be interesting to see how the trees will change. I'm assuming that the trees will take they're time (they usually do when it doesn't get very hot in the summer) and that is fine by me. Also I won't be finding out if we are having a boy or a girl in September, I decided to wait until October, this way we'll be able to tell for sure. I'm not planning on practicing patience with finding out. I feel sure I'm having a boy but want to be 100% sure.

I think that puts everything up to date and I'm hungry again (I suppose that's the name of the game when you're pregnant), so until next time.
